Job Requirements
- 15+ years experience in a nonprofit, membership-based organization and/or sustainability-focused organization
- 10+ years in a leadership role with revenue responsibility in the $1-3M range
- deep skill and affinity for professional relationship building and community building
- demonstrated skill with business strategy, financial management and people management
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- broad knowledge of green building, CSR, and DEI issues, trends, and programs
- strong network and connections within the building industry
