• Own administration of employee benefit programs, including enrollments, life event changes, audits, and annual open enrollment. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and vendor coordination. • Support benefits-related compliance activities, including ACA tracking and retirement plan audits. • Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-hire screenings and new hire orientation. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems. • Provide operational HR support and assist the HR Director with HR programs, reporting, and process improvements.
