Job Description

• Ongoing support to creators, answering their questions and assisting them through challenges. • Monitor all communication channels and respond to all queries in a timely manner. • Ensure quality control within the creator community and their content. • Distribute key information, updates and in-game codes in a timely manner. • Content reviews and moderation for internal programs. • Evaluate Creator Program applications daily. • Facilitate game access requests for Beta tests. • Audit and Reporting. • Generate detailed reports on creator participation within the Creator Program. • Track engagement within Beta games. • Ideate and present innovative strategies for community engagement via social media. • Publish fresh written content for the creator portal.

Job Requirements

Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least one of the following languages would be preferred (German, Turkish, Italian, or Portuguese).
Proven ability in time and task management.
High degree of accountability and ownership.
Proactive mentality.
Ability to inspire and encourage others.
Prior experience in community management or similar roles (preferred).
Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and Skill or progress on personal mobile game accounts (advantageous).
