Job Description

• Source, evaluate, screen, and recommend qualified candidates, with a focus on assessing overall “fit” through effective interviewing • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates • Research and recommend new sourcing channels and recruiting tools • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database through ongoing networking and outreach • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with BambooHR or similar ATS platforms is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including online and social media sourcing
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate an organization’s value proposition to senior-level candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
