Job Description
• Travel to customer sites (approx. 80% travel) to provide hands-on service for various types of equipment
• Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Interface with PLC systems to upload/download programs
• Collaborate with dealer technicians for troubleshooting assistance
• Maintain detailed documentation through work order systems
• Participate in OEM testing and equipment upgrades
• Provide end-user product orientation and safe operating procedures at customer sites
• Mentor or train junior or less-experienced technicians in-field when required
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repair
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and component-level service
- Hydraulic diagnostics and repair proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a passport
