• Evaluate design and performance of controls to prevent, detect, and mitigate financial crime risks • Conduct independent testing of fraud prevention, AML/ATF, sanctions, customer due diligence, and transaction monitoring processes • Validate adherence to policies and procedures and identify gaps or control weaknesses • Document findings with clear risk articulation • Collaborate with business partners and compliance teams for effective remediation plans • Lead or participate in defining communication plans to influence behavior • Support change management activities and manage end-to-end test execution
