Job Description

• Acquire new security distributors to build out Chamberlain Group’s access control strategy for the Community and Facility end-user segments • Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the security distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects • Support dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with Chamberlain Group's New Business Development team and National Integrator team • Represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows, councils, and networking events • Facilitate the trainings for the distributor’s sales teams, specifications teams, their dealers, and Chamberlain Group’s direct dealers • Support implementation of go-to-market strategies developed by Chamberlain Group’s product marketing, engineering, business development, and new product development teams to achieve successful new product deployment • Build competitive product knowledge to help position the value of Chamberlain Group’s entire portfolio of products/services and expertise to expand market positioning; regularly train, consult and mentor others • Track and record all distribution activities and sales opportunities in SalesForce • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge across the access control and system integrator spaces
  • Ability to travel up to 70% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree, in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Communications
  • Preferred: Work experience in the Security Industry / Access Control Industry
  • Preferred: Proficient in sales systems, mechanical aptitude, consultative selling, electrical engineering
