- 10+ years of experience in HR technology architecture, with a focus on Talent Acquisition
- Deep technical expertise with Eightfold, Workday, and related HRIS/ATS/HCM platforms
- Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and extensibility
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the organizational level
