• Telephone and digital acquisition of potential B2B new customers (primarily warm leads) • Conduct initial conversations with our premium clients and manage them through to successful project contract award • Telephone outreach to existing contacts and current customers • Preparation and follow-up of proposals • Establish and maintain business contacts via LinkedIn • Plan and handle pre- and post-meeting preparation for sales appointments • Document all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar tools)
