Job Description

• Managing and resolving complex employee relations matters. • Leading impartial investigations and preparing timely, well-supported responses to EEOC and similar agency charges. • Developing training materials and delivering training to strengthen organizational compliance and manager capability. • Overseeing investigation case management from intake to case closure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years combined experience in Employee Relations, EEO/Compliance, and Workplace investigations.
  • Expertise conducting impartial investigations and preparing defensible written findings.
  • Proficiency with case management tools and project management practices.
