Job Description
• Lead product strategy and execution for a new healthcare solution
• Drive discovery and requirements with clinicians and operations
• Manage integration strategy with EHRs, especially Epic
• Shape AI and agentic capabilities through collaboration
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness and early customer conversations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building products used by clinicians and/or operational healthcare teams
- Familiarity with Epic strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience building data-driven, ML/AI, or agentic products
- Ability to align clinical, operational, engineering, and executive stakeholders
