Job Description

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing-focused sales role
  • Background in hotels, resorts, or a hospitality-adjacent industry
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong urgency, competitiveness, and resilience
  • Comfortable working within performance metrics and activity expectations
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a remote environment
  • Motivated by uncapped commission and performance-based earnings
