• Own and lead the full P2P lifecycle, including procurement operations, vendor negotiation, purchase order governance, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment execution • Design, implement, and continuously improve procurement and accounts payable policies, procedures, and internal controls • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate user feedback, drive purchasing and payment discipline, and ensure compliance with procurement policies • Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation compliance (W-9s, contracts, payment terms), and master data integrity • Drive adoption and optimization of tools such as NetSuite and Ramp (or similar systems) • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput, accuracy, and visibility • Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors to support audits related to procurement • Oversee T&E compliance and policy enforcement • Manage and mentor T&E, AP, and procurement team members in India (team of 10)
