Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML, Applied Data Science, or Analytics preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or advanced analytics
- Demonstrated experience building GenAI, LLM, RAG, NLP, or agent-based AI solutions
- Strong background in Finance-related datasets and workflows
- Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation or modernization programs
- Prior experience working with global or distributed teams
- Strong Python skills and experience developing end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
- Expertise with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, NLP techniques, and agentic AI
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms)
- Strong prompt engineering and model-tuning fundamentals.
