Job Description

• Support day‑to‑day purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory planning across product lines. • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for packaging and finished goods. • Track open POs and follow up with suppliers to confirm ship dates, resolve delays, and expedite when needed. • Maintain accurate lead times, MOQs, and cost data to support planning and budgeting. • Reconcile discrepancies between POs, item receipts, and vendor invoices. • Monitor inventory levels and consumption to ensure adequate supply for production and customer demand. • Identify potential stockouts, delays, or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions. • Communicate regularly with suppliers, packaging vendors, and co‑manufacturers to confirm availability, lead times, and delivery schedules. • Coordinate inbound shipment details with logistics and warehouse teams. • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data in the ERP system.

Job Requirements

2–5 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, or operations—ideally within CPG.
Strong understanding of component lead times, packaging complexity, and co‑manufacturing workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and comfort managing large volumes of data.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for planning and reporting.
Experience with 3PLs, freight partners, or co‑manufacturers is a plus.
NetSuite experience is highly desirable but not a deal breaker.
