Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related product design field
- Proven track record of driving and owning large-scale initiatives from concept to delivery
- Strong capability to understand complex data structures and provide design options
- A low-ego, highly collaborative approach
- Mastery of creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end prototyping
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity domain is advantageous
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus
- Experience with user research and data collection
- A customer-centric portfolio representing your design process
