Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Safety Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in loss control, risk management, or a related field
- Completion of or progress toward professional designations preferred (CSP, ARM, CFPS, CSHMS, ALCM, OHST)
- Advanced analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of company policies and industry laws and regulations
