• Own the intake and triage for user access requests across approved AI tools (employees + contractors). Execute provisioning and deprovisioning via Google Groups, vendor admin consoles, and SCIM where available. • Stand up "ready-to-run" pilot kits, including onboarding instructions, Slack channel setup, and support escalation paths. Maintain a central roster of active pilots and participants. • Work with Workplace Technology and vendors to ensure SSO/SCIM readiness and configure app integrations (e.g., connecting AI tools to Slack, Jira, Figma). • Maintain a least-privilege admin model and ensure tooling processes align with policy requirements (e.g., training completion gating). Perform regular seat utilization reviews and license reclamation for capacity-constrained tools. • Create and maintain "how to get access" pages, FAQs, and internal documentation. Publish periodic status updates on access volume and pilot participation.
