Job Description

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and guidance • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data integrity. • Administer leave tracking (FMLA, LWOP, etc.) • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant. • Support maintenance and updating of workforce policies and employee handbook materials. • Draft policy updates and coordinate internal review/ approval cycles. • Monitor regulatory changes (federal, state, DoD-related) • Support audit preparation (OFCCP, EEO, labor category documentation, etc.) • Assist in tracking certification, clearance requirements, and contract-specific compliance items. • Support and help drive employee recognition initiatives. • Assist in executing employee engagement efforts and internal communications. • Support pulse checks or engagement surveys. • Help reinforce AGE's values through HR programs and touchpoints. • Coordinate release and tracking of required compliance trainings. • Support administration of pertinent learning management system and training completion tracking. • Support rollout of new training initiatives (i.e. security awareness, policy refreshers) • Track completion and escalate gaps as needed. • Support development initiative tied to AGE's Performance Development. • Support executive of performance cycles. • Assist in tracking metrics and report. • Support compensation and bonus cycle documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 yrs of Human Resources experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting a federal government contracting workforce.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and Human Resources compliance.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion.
  • Hands on experience with HRIS platforms (i.e. Rippling or similar).
