• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits, controls and checks across all departments • Ensure the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of treasury, general ledger accounting including but not limited to account reconciliations and bank reconciliations • Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors • Ensure financial statements adhere to GAAP and the Company has properly adopted new accounting standards • Conduct financial statement reviews to ensure all revenue and expense has been properly accounted for by department by line item to allow for accurate interpretation of the financial statements • Conduct regular margin analysis to ensure Spectrio remains profitable across all product lines • Pro-forma, Budgeting, Margin Analysis, Revenue and Expense recognition • Lead the financial integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring chart of account alignment and internal control onboarding • Act as a secondary point of contact for outside audit firms, preparing necessary schedules and supporting the successful completion of annual audits • Assist in overseeing inventory controls and lead the coordination of physical inventory counts to ensure book-to-physical accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned
