• Direct, plan, and perform assessments to ensure compliance to U.S. and international nuclear quality regulations and standards such as 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR71 Subpart H, 10CFR21, CSA N286-12, CSA N299.1, ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1 • Develop depth/breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field • Serve as best practice/quality resource • Contribute towards strategy execution and ensure delivery within area of responsibility • Effectively communicate to all levels of the organization • Build consensus on topics within expertise • Support approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization • Support quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team • Use critical thinking to solve moderately complex tasks or problems that affect the function • Use own technical experience and expertise, and internal and external sources to arrive at decisions • Professionally represent GVH in the support of external, customer, and regulatory assessments / visits
