• As an entry-level Designer engineering role, the Designer I will begin their career on the production team to learn Revit and deliver document packages to the client • This individual is expected to receive delegated production work and work effectively as part of a team • They will also participate in the TEECOMuniversity in-house training program • Attend client meetings with senior technical staff members and prepare meeting notes documenting relevant decisions and discussions • Prepare Revit models and/or AutoCAD drawings • Assist other technical staff members with job site inspections • Perform delegated tasks from senior staff • Attend and contribute to internal team, discipline, and project meetings • Actively initiate and participate in discussions about project challenges and process improvements
