Job Description

• Develop strategic plans that enable retailers to scale their retail media solutions through on-site and in-store formats • Lead program management for omni-channel retail media initiatives • Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, ads, operations, and other cross-functional teams • Analyze performance data to uncover insights • Stay ahead of industry trends across on-site retail media, in-store media networks, and retail technology.

Job Requirements

7-10 years of experience working with omni-channel retail media technology
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders
Demonstrates adaptability while building new programs, initiatives and processes
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data.
