• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal reports. • Support the Accounting Manager and Controller with variance analysis, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Assist in maintaining documentation to support audit readiness. • Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure proper accounting treatment. • Assist in reviewing vendor payments, customer billings, and credit memos. • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. • Assist with financial modeling and tracking actuals vs. budget. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and tax regulations. • Support annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
