Job Description

• Oversee the integrity and accessibility of Generation Citizen's data • Support upgrades to current data tools including building dashboards and improving reports • Manage data visualization software and refine existing dashboards • Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and internal data requests • Assist staff with the implementation of new systems and processes for data integrity • Produce data visualizations for key events, trainings, and reports • Ensure data systems promote equity-centered insights • Support strategic planning by identifying trends and opportunities revealed through data

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, information technology, data visualization, or similar field
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in the non-profit sector, civic education, or social justice is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability in data management, cleaning, integrity, and analysis
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing systems
  • Attention to detail required for reliable reporting and accurate data cleaning
  • Organization & time management skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
