• Design and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) • Build intelligent agents and integrate them into distributed environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions • Conduct stakeholder interviews and current-state mapping (SIPOC/Swimlane/BPMN) • Maintain and prioritize the backlog across PoC → MVP → Production • Define MAS system design with specified multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns • Partner to use approved models, frameworks, and components • Run agile execution and manage timelines across contributors • Own UAT strategy, change management, enablement, and rollout plans • Coordinate with data owners for secure access, data quality, lineage, and integration • Enforce safety, privacy, fairness, and auditability in alignment with governance and compliance • Track cycle-time, accuracy, data-quality, and cost-to-serve, and report status to sponsors and technical leadership
