Job Description
• Build and manage paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads
• Create and optimize paid social campaigns for local lead generation
• Run A/B tests and adjust campaigns based on performance
• Track CPL, conversion rates, and other key metrics
• Analyze data and recommend improvements
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI
• Prepare clear reports for clients and internal teams
• Work with content, design, and client success teams for alignment
• Support client onboarding and transitions when needed
• Audit accounts for best practices and optimization opportunities
• Use GA4, GTM, or GSC to troubleshoot tracking or conversion issues
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year managing paid search or paid social campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
- Basic familiarity with GA4 or analytics tools
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment.
