• Quickly build trusted, effective relationships with the Chief Revenue Officer and Revenue leadership team. • Mentor, coach and provide feedback to managers at all levels. • See around corners and advise on people and talent strategies when appropriate. • Partner with employee relations to resolve complex issues. • Work closely with GTM leadership and team members globally to improve work relationships, elevate employee engagement, and increase productivity and retention. • Partner with TA, L&D and EX team members to drive GTM specific talent initiatives where it aligns with business strategy. • Be a culture champion and advocate for our company values, helping the business ensure Cribl remains a place where people do their best work. • You will be part of a kick ass PBP team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Success & People Business Partners.
