Job Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical domains.
- Confidence in engaging passive talent at all levels with a knack for turning cold outreach into impactful connections.
- Strong relationship-building skills. You know how to connect with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to create a seamless hiring experience.
- A collaborative mindset with the adaptability to pivot and contribute across multiple hiring needs.
- A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing and drive hiring success.
- Experience with Gem and Greenhouse is a plus!
