Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new clients, manage sales pipelines. • Audit sales processes and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Develop proposals, sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract signing. • Represent the firm at industry events and collaborate with internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a business-related field.
  • 10 years’ experience in management consulting.
  • Previous exposure to operations consulting.
  • Ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level in the commercial transportation sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Existing client portfolio or strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability for regular travel within the U.S. and abroad.
