Job Description
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new clients, manage sales pipelines.
• Audit sales processes and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop proposals, sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
• Represent the firm at industry events and collaborate with internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a business-related field.
- 10 years’ experience in management consulting.
- Previous exposure to operations consulting.
- Ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level in the commercial transportation sector.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Existing client portfolio or strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability for regular travel within the U.S. and abroad.
