Job Requirements
- 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS; strong preference for cybersecurity or infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, certifications) for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives.
- Hands‑on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts (attack paths, AD, cloud, identity, vulnerability and exposure management) or strong adjacent experience with the ability to ramp quickly.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing on launches and roadmap‑driven enablement.
- Strong program management skills: intake and prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical practitioners and executives.
