• Independently manage multiple digital projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget; • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle; • Lead project meetings, clearly communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; • Ensure projects are properly scoped, estimated, resourced, and executed in alignment with client expectations and internal standards; • Drive cross-functional collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals; • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and track performance against defined metrics; • Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes, implementing corrective actions when needed; • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all artifacts are structured and accessible; • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows.
