• Take responsibility for and oversee all technical aspects of the assigned project from proposal award until system acceptance. • Final Design and implementation of the radio network, including infrastructure, subscribers, power systems design, equipment shelter and tower designs, and backhaul network design, including microwave, leased line, and customer-provided Ethernet networks. • Customer presentations. • System staging. • Developing system acceptance test plans and conducting system functional acceptance testing. • Radio Coverage design, analysis, testing, and interference mitigation. • Radio system licensing (FCC/Industry Canada/NTIA). • Preparation of system fleetmap and radio programming templates. • Complete system documentation. • Live system cutovers and upgrades. • Participate in design reviews with pre-sales teams. • Consultative guidance to customers, sales, and pre-sales teams. • Coordinate with the various functional teams (Project Managers, Field Engineers, Service, Sales, Product Groups) to ensure all business unit goals are addressed.
