Job Description
• Serve as executive subject matter expert on UiPath platform capabilities and Professional Services offerings, translating product innovation into scalable services strategies.
• Maintain deep expertise in AI and agentic automation use cases, implementation models, and enterprise transformation patterns.
• Continuously assess competitive services positioning and articulate differentiated value propositions for “Why UiPath Services.”
• Drive the evolution of standardized services packages to increase scalability, repeatability, and margin performance.
• Align services offerings with product roadmap priorities to accelerate market adoption.
• Define and execute the services GTM strategy to increase services attach rate, revenue growth, and gross margin.
• Partner early with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to shape services strategy in qualified opportunities.
• Lead complex services pursuits from discovery through contracting, including executive-level deal engagement.
• Design and commercialize scalable services packages across both T&M and Fixed Fee models, balancing customer value with margin objectives.
• Partner with customer economic buyers to build compelling, ROI-driven business cases for AI and automation transformation.
• Establish measurable performance metrics and drive forecast discipline for services pipeline and revenue.
• Define sourcing strategy (direct delivery vs partner-led) to optimize scalability, margin, and speed to market.
• Collaborate with account teams and GTM partners to scope, structure, contract, and onboard partner-led delivery engagements.
• Evangelize partner capabilities and offerings built on the UiPath platform to expand services capacity.
• Enable and support sell-with and sell-through motions with strategic delivery partners.
• Drive alignment between UiPath services methodology and partner implementation standards.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Professional Services GTM team aligned to industry verticals.
• Establish consistent deal qualification, scoping, and packaging methodologies across the team.
• Drive accountability for services performance metrics, attach rate, and margin targets.
• Recruit and develop top talent capable of operating in complex enterprise sales environments.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in professional services growth, solutioning, or services GTM leadership roles.
- Proven track record driving services revenue growth, attach rate improvement, and scalable services packaging.
- Strong experience solutioning and selling AI-driven and agentic automation services in enterprise environments.
- Deep background in software consulting, digital transformation, or technology implementation organizations.
- Demonstrated experience designing repeatable services offerings with clear commercial and margin strategy.
- Proven success partnering with enterprise sales teams to shape, win, and close complex deals.
- Executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and economic buyers.
- Experience operating in matrixed, high-growth SaaS organizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
