• Own a core product area end-to-end, driving measurable improvements in user experience and business outcomes • Partner with Product to lead discovery and define the right problems, using research, data, and customer insights to shape direction • Simplify complex crypto and payments systems into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces • Design scalable end-to-end solutions, defining information architecture and UX patterns that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals • Work closely with Engineering to deliver and iterate, shaping scope and ensuring high-quality execution through launch • Set and uphold a high bar for UX craft, bringing strong rationale and systems thinking to your work • Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across experiences • Support and elevate other designers through thoughtful feedback and collaboration.
