Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
- 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
- 4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials and Supply Chain domain experience
- 4+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday Financials or 8+ years in technical ERP domains like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Peoplesoft
- Experience working within or with customers in the Healthcare Caregiving
- Acute/Non-Acute industry
- A deep understanding of the full software implementation lifecycle
- Participation in a minimum of 3 full life-cycle software implementations
- Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
- Experience with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology
- 4+ years demonstrated ability in all stages of the software implementation project lifecycle from requirements gathering, through integration design, development, integration testing, and move to production
- Experience leading an Integration workstream on a software implementation
