Job Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) (desired)
- Experience supporting federal IT programs (desired)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools (desired)
- Experience working with AI or software development teams (desired)
