Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management or technology from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Demonstrated success in product management, product development, or product marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and driving business growth.
- Proven experience leading the delivery and development of services, information products, training solutions, web-based platforms, and/or technical or software products, from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
- Established track record of managing product P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets.
- Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques
- Proven success supporting sales enablement initiatives and partnering with sales teams during customer engagements to drive successful outcomes.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, product management, education/learning, technology degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience with proven track record of successful team management and leadership
- Product management at international scale
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
- Knowledge of product management tools (i.e., Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Managing technology-focused B2B and B2C product lines
- Experience working with direct and channel (authorized resellers or delivery partners for training products)
- Understanding of IT security, cybersecurity, IT audit, IT governance or IT risk management.
