• Design, implement, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise environments in AWS, Azure, On-Prem and hybrid infrastructures • Apply cloud engineering best practices, including high availability, load balancing, security hardening, and performance optimization • Configure and manage cloud networking: VPC/VNET design, VPNs, peering, routing, security groups, and firewalls • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, Data Store, GeoEvent) • Support identity integrations (ADFS/Azure AD/OAuth), SSL/TLS, and enterprise security policies • Diagnose and remediate performance issues, outages, bottlenecks, and distributed system failures • Create or maintain automation workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Contribute to cloud deployment automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates • Implement monitoring strategies (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ArcGIS Monitor, PRTG) • Support geospatial data architecture, database connectivity, and cloud storage integrations (S3, Azure Blob, RDS/SQL Server)
