Job Description

• Provide support to assigned customers in defining or designing business processes • Identify enabling technologies based on customer requirements • Research and provide information on technical trends • Consult with subject matter experts and develop alternative technical solutions • Manage interdependencies between multi-system solutions • Document project plans and coordinate implementation resources • Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments • Participate in an on-call customer support rotation

Job Requirements

Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
Bachelor's degree preferred
EPIC Resolute PB Certification required
At least 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
Knowledge of the assigned business area’s products and processes
Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts
Understanding of project management concepts in planning and implementing multiple projects
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
