Job Description
• Architect and deploy AI agents for top-of-funnel motions
• Build and optimize AI-driven workflows for traffic generation
• Design and implement agentic systems for prospecting
• Own top-of-funnel experimentation and run A/B tests
• Integrate AI across the GTM tech stack
• Develop AI-powered personalization engines
• Collaborate across teams to diagnose buyer journeys
• Monitor and oversee AI agent performance and ROI
• Build dashboards focused on top-of-funnel metrics
• Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with AI agents.
Job Requirements
- Experience in GTM engineering and AI deployment
- Proficiency in AI applications and autonomous systems
- Understanding of sales processes and pipeline dynamics
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows
- Background in tech stack integration and real-time data systems
- Familiarity with generative AI and LLMs
- Strong collaboration skills with marketing and sales teams.
