Job Description

• Define and lead long-term technical vision, strategy, execution • Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant • Lead large engineering organizations through directors and senior managers • Partner with executive leaders to translate strategic objectives • Establish engineering standards and manage platform risks

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience
  • 8+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering organizations
  • Strong technical background with large-scale systems
  • Experience running high-traffic platforms
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with execution
  • Passion for developing leaders and building strong teams
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams
