Job Description

• Own a defined geographic territory and revenue quota • Prospect and close new dental practices and multi-location groups • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and workflow walkthroughs • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → close • Execute outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, on-site drop-ins) • Build strong referral networks within dental ecosystems • Provide structured feedback on objections, pricing, competition, and product gaps

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience selling into dental practices or healthcare SMBs
  • Comfortable with in-person, field-based selling
  • Proven ability to prospect independently and close deals
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
