• Lead and execute the demand planning process for designated products • Create and monitor forecasts in JDA for all customers • Provide one point of contact for all forecasting related questions • Collaborate with business development teams to incorporate customer specific information • Drive Consensus Meetings to review rolled up forecasts • Communicate known forecast changes and work to close forecast gaps • Be the subject matter expert on your item level data and forecasts • Track performance of new items and improve forecasting processes • Drive continuous improvement by examining existing processes
