• Submit and track claims through RCM and payer portals • Monitor denials and resolve root causes promptly • Communicate documentation issues clearly and professionally • Collect patient responsibility (copays, deductibles, no-show fees) • Track payer trends and escalate systemic issues • Collaborate with our RCM vendor • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reporting • Support audits and payer inquiries as needed
