Job Description

• Support project execution by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining visibility into project status • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment • Facilitate regular team check-ins to monitor progress, surface risks, and maintain momentum • Identify and escalate blockers or risks to appropriate stakeholders for resolution • Communicate project updates, timeline changes, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership • Maintain project documentation and task tracking within project management tools (Asana, Workfront, or similar) • Support coordination of marketing or content deliverables as needed to align with project timelines

Job Requirements

Experience supporting marketing or digital project delivery within a cross-functional environment
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain structured workflows
Experience working within a PMO or structured delivery environment preferred
