Job Description
• Leads and acts as business program owner and subject matter expert in enterprise programs
• Manages VOC focused initiatives and creates a WOW experience model at loan closings
• Provides advisory services to executives and business segment leaders to meet complex project needs
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business needs
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently
- Experience in providing oversight of Voice-of-the-Customer metrics
