Job Description
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Minimum 7 years of labor relations experience, including involvement in negotiations and collective bargaining, managing grievance and arbitration processes to resolve labor disputes, advising management on labor law compliance and best practices.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor, and compliance requirements.
- Held a significant role in collective bargaining negotiations.
