- 2+ years in revenue cycle management and healthcare billing using a medical billing software or EMR
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate records.
- Deep understanding of ICD-10, CPT coding, payer policies
