Job Description
• Provide senior leadership and oversight for advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality client service and professional standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and supporting their business objectives.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding client relationships.
• Collaborate with leaders across Advisory, Tax, Audit, and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support firm initiatives related to growth, innovation, talent development, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop professionals, reinforcing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Represent the firm in internal and external forums, as appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leadership role in a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with middle-market clients and CFOs.
- Alignment with the firm’s values, culture, and commitment to client service.
